Amadeus Community Theatre will hold auditions for the youth production “Aesop’s Open Auditions” January 7th and 8th at their studios 104 North Main Street in Dickson.

In “Aesop’s Open Auditions” the descendants of the famous yarn-spinner have decided to update Aesop’s fables, and add a few of their own. They have sent out a call for everyone and anyone to try out for a part in a new or updated fable. What they get, though, is a collection of goofy characters and a few characters from the classic tales that aren’t too pleased about being dumped for newer versions.

This youth comedy has parts for 17 actors, ages 10 to 17. No previous acting experience is necessary.
